Does it cost anything?
It costs Charities nothing at all. Never. Not ever. We do not charge Charities for any services
Do you mean free?
Absolutely free, no matter how many projects you submit, it’s free
What is a project?
A project is a task or challenge that can be started/completed or entered into by a group of any size.
How long does a project take?
We have projects which take half-a-day, a day, three days, a week or longer. Think about the project and what’s involved – if in doubt ask us and we’ll try and help
I can’t fill in the form?
OK. Please go back to the form and fill it in as best as you can. When/if we need additional information we’ll contact you. If you can’t fill in the form online you can download a pdf and fax it to 01926 328664

Why are you doing this?
The CSR Register has been a dream for the team for 4 years. We want to help and we believe that the CSR Register is a great way to do what we’re good at and make a difference for so many other people. There is no hidden agenda – just an agenda for good. Join in and see how we behave and perform and judge for yourself.
How many projects can we submit?
As many as you want. Send as much information as you want
What is the project reference number for?
Every time you send us an update or contact us about a project please use your Project Number in the subject line of the email – or quote it by phone.
Our project needs a different type of form?
That may be true, but for now do your best with the form that is online please. We’ll contact you once its registered and you can talk us through it then. The important thing to do is register the project first and let’s go from there.
How do we know what company would be involved with us?
We’ll let you know as much information as we can when a company is given your details.
How long does it take to get our project started?
We don’t know. We can’t guarantee your project will be adopted or completed. But we can guarantee we’ll try our hardest to get you matched with a company as soon as possible.
Does is matter how big our project is?
No. You can think big or start small – the choice is yours. We would advise that you submit projects of all different sizes so that you can appeal to a wide section of requirements
How do we find out progress on our project?
We’ll let you know. But if you can’t wait, why not email us at richard@csrregister.com

Send us an email with your project number(s) where known. Or simply name your Charity or send us your CC number

Great news. Fill in the online form and we’ll get it onto our system, and hopefully get you a suitor matched soon.

If any changes are made to your project, please send us a brief email stating your Project Number in the subject box
How many charities and groups are involved?
We are in contact with over 10,000 charities and groups in a regular basis always looking for new projects and challenges to pass on to businesses. In addition we encourage 'friends of a particular charity to get involved and nominate charities and projects.
I’m not a part of a charity can I nominate a project for one?
Sure. We won’t register the project until the charity confirms it’s a project they need/want completing.
For businesses
What are the charges?
We charge just £175 to subscribe to the service for a year and £75 for a brief shortlist every time you want to do a search. When you are ready to get all the details we’ll charge you £240 for a full report. All prices are plus VAT at the prevailing rate.
What is a project?
You may want an exercise for a training course or a challenge for a development programme. It may be you want an alternative for a teambuild or perhaps an icebreaker or team challenge for an event or conference. What about supplier events or even customer events? In other words it’s a project is any size and type for something you need to engage people on. Jump in and find out more
Are you like any other business?
We like to think not. We are passionate about doing some good and getting as many projects doen as possible. We don’t set out to make a profit but we do set out to run the business well and efficiently and diligently. We are professionals and care about what we do and our reputation. What are the benefits to my people?
People today want more than just a title. They want to do something important and feel they are part of something important. So rather than do something like Quad bikes or getting drunk, we’re offering businesses and their people the chance to do something really amazing

How much are the charities and good causes charged?
Nothing. It’s completely free to them. That’s why we charge a subscription.

Do you offer an event delivery service?
Yes we do, but through a sister company. Email us and we’ll send them your details.
