What we do

The CSR Register is a listing of hundreds of live social engagement* projects gathered from our contact with over 10,000 charities, community groups and good causes across the UK.
 
The CSR Register gives businesses access to this register of projects allowing them to choose something for a group to undertake: it could be as part of management and personal development, an event or conference, a training programme, a part of their contribution to a CSR strategy, staff reward and motivation schemes – however they choose to engage with the community.
 
The CSR Register helps companies choose the right project by location, cause, type of project, likely duration, timescale for completion, budget indications and other key criteria. We can even help with communication between the parties involved and can help companies get involved beyond just a register with our advisory service.
 
In addition we can help existing charity events to recruit certain services and sponsorship.
The CSR Register works amongst the Third Sector with entrepreneurial spirit to help ompanies and charities get things done. We bring energy and enthusiasm and our aim is to get as many projects underway as possible.
 
*A social engagement project is that work which a charity or community group needs completing – it’s not a straight donation of money – it is a group of people organised with their time and resources to actually get on and get the project done. It’s usually not something that is mission critical to the charity but something extra, worthwhile and that which will make a real difference.

Sports, sailing, refurbishing a hall, launching a youth club, painting a playground, rebuilding an adventure area, landscaping gardens for a hospice, putting disable ramp access to a community centre, fundraising, planning a celebration or anniversary event, creating a promotional awareness event, undertaking an information project, mentoring and coaching, planting an allotment, building an extension for a deprived group, creating a cycle lane, rebuilding a dry-stone wall, organising logistics for a Fun Run, planning and delivering a Charity Ball, manning the phones on a helpline, making fundraiser packs, running a community radio station – anything that needs doing, that makes a difference.
